We also include content that addresses the new matching heading questions from the 2022 Selective exam. Lessons are tailored to focus on areas where the student may need the most improvement.

Many parents recognise that the Selective exam covers material that may not be part of the standard school curriculum. If you're wondering how best to prepare your child for this unique challenge, you're not alone.

Our Educational Philosophy

We advocate for a tailored approach to learning, focusing on the specific topics that are likely to be assessed in the exam. Our aim is to optimise the use of time by concentrating on areas where the student may need improvement, rather than revisiting topics where they are already proficient.

The Limitations of Group Tutoring

In a group setting, it can be challenging for educators to provide personalised attention to each student. This is a concern we understand well, and it's one of the reasons we offer one-on-one tutoring.

A Personal Note

I, too, experienced the limitations of group tutoring as a student. It wasn't until I attended Penrith High School that I discovered the benefits of individualised instruction. That experience inspired the creation of our educational approach. However, do keep in mind that Bing’s Academy does not have a partnership with any selective high school.
